Guy Wolf, Attorney

Guy Wolf majored in Justice Studies, and graduated
summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 1988. In 1990, he graduated from Arizona State University College of Law as a Pedric Scholar, and also received Honors recognition in the School’s writing program. He has been in private practice since 1991 and has represented clients in over 15,000 evictions and civil actions throughout the State of Arizona, both as plaintiff and defense counsel. Guy is licensed to practice in the Arizona Federal Court, Arizona Bankruptcy Court, and all Arizona Superior Courts and Justice Courts.

As a former President and vice-president of the Arizona State Bar Solo Section and President of the Arizona Association of Landlord and Tenant Attorneys, he worked to create proposals for the legislature and State Bar. In 2008 he co-chaired the Arizona State Bar Landlord/Tenant Task Force Rules Committee that created the procedural rules for eviction actions, adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court in January 2009.

Guy is currently an instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and has been an instructor at the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors, the National Association of Property Managers, as well as the Arizona Judicial College. He has also conducted legal education classes for the Arizona State Bar.
